We operate 26 mold-making machines, including CNC, wire-cut EDM, EDM, and milling machines, along with 47 plastic injection molding machines ranging in clamping force from 35 to 1,300 tons.
Thai Manee Craft Co., Ltd. prioritizes investment in high-quality machinery to efficiently manufacture plastic injection molds and molded products for all types of applications. With more than 73 machines for mold-making and injection molding, we support production ranging from small components to large industrial parts.
We have a total of 26 machines for manufacturing plastic injection molds, categorized as follows:
All machines are calibrated, regularly maintained, and operated by engineers with expertise in industrial mold manufacturing.
Our factory operates 47 plastic injection molding machines, with clamping forces ranging from 35 tons for small components to 1,300 tons for extra-large parts.
We meet the needs of customers across a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, packaging, and electrical appliances. Every machine features digital controls and is maintained by an experienced technical team to ensure precision in every part.
We use high-quality CNC machines from world-renowned brands such as HITACHI, MAZAK, OKUMA, and MAKINO, with spindle speeds of up to 20,000 RPM. These machines are ideal for machining plastic injection molds that require high precision and complex geometries. A range of X- and Y-axis working capacities allows us to accommodate molds of various sizes.
Ideal for finishing specific areas of a workpiece and for tasks that require direct control by skilled technicians, our manual milling machines offer spindle speeds ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 RPM and accommodate a variety of workpiece sizes. They provide added flexibility throughout the mold manufacturing process.
Our EDM machines provide precision electrical discharge machining, making them ideal for plastic injection molds with complex geometries and hard-to-reach features. Leading brands such as MITSU, HCM, and SODICK help…
We use the AG600L wire-cut EDM machine for mold-making applications that demand high precision. It cuts complex metal components with exceptional accuracy and a smooth edge finish, making it ideal for plastic injection molds with narrow gaps, intricate geometries, or corners that conventional CNC machines cannot reach.
A 1,300-ton injection molding machine can generally produce plastic parts weighing between 3.5 and 5.5 kilograms, depending on the material type and shot volume. It is suitable for applications such as automotive bumpers, plastic pallets, and large structural components for electrical appliances.
These machines excel at controlling surface roughness, allowing deep grooves and hard-to-reach areas to be machined with a very smooth finish. This helps reduce parts sticking to the mold during injection molding and ensures a consistent surface texture across the entire plastic part.
With digitally controlled machinery and an experienced technical team, we can process a wide range of engineering plastics, including PA6/66 (nylon), PC, PBT, POM, and glass fiber-reinforced materials, which require precise control of mold temperature and injection pressure.
No, but we use it for areas that require exceptional precision, such as core and cavity inserts that must fit together within tight tolerances, or cutting edges. This ensures that the assembled mold has no gaps that could cause flash on the molded parts.
Yes. Using advanced CNC machining centers and CAD/CAM software, our engineering team can reverse-engineer a physical sample to create digital models and design a new mold directly from the part.
